Computer to Plate

Our CTP (computer to plate technology), allows the imaging of digital files directly to the plate, removing the need for film and film processing, vastly reducing the time taken to prepare jobs for press. The benefits of the first generation dot that CTP produces are quicker plate making, sharper more consistent image, great repeatability and the ability to produce Stochastic or FM screening.

Stochastic

Complimenting our CTP (Computer to Plate) facilities, Stochastic screening is now proving to be the latest exciting development in colour reproduction, with numerous benefits attached, although most importantly, through creating a smaller printing dot the resulting sharpness of picture / image is greatly improved.

Hexachrome

Pantone’s six colour printing - with the introduction of extra colours (green and orange) into the printer’s palette, up to 90% of pantone colours may be achieved in one pass. Using this process produces the most beautiful, vibrant and colourful products.

Colour Control

Printing - the art of reproducing colour on a substrate. We understand the need to control this process to achieve stunning print. Our controls include profiled output devices including proofers, monitors, plates and presses. All regularly checked and calibrated to ensure the highest levels of colour accuracy.
